Coastal Caulking Waterproofing is a family run business specializing in sealants, waterproofing and protective coatings.

With our knowledge of leading products and the craftsmanship of our crew, we pride ourselves on giving you the highest quality finished product. We welcome jobs ranging from tenant improvement to new construction, residential and commercial. We serve clients in southern California, and it’s our commitment to provide quality service on time and on budget.

Our 10-Year Journey

We are family-owned & operated business, serving the San Diego and the southern California region.

March 3, 2014

Jeff and Angie Arboit purchased Coastal Caulking Waterproofing acquiring 2 employees and a storage unit. In October, opened the first office and warehouse space with five employees.

May 2018

Officially changed the company name to Coastal CW. Doubled in size with 10 employees and moved to a larger office and warehouse in San Diego.

March 2019

At five years, Coastal CW celebrated at the San Diego Gulls hockey game with crew and their families.

August 2021

Growing to 15 employees, Coastal CW purchased the office and warehouse where the business operates today in San Diego.

September 2021

Started our painting division and currently have 25 employees.
