With 18 plus years in the construction industry, Jeff and his wife Angie purchased Coastal CW in 2014 and grew it from a two person company to 20 employees today. While building a successful business in concrete and asphalt, they saw a need to expand into sealants, waterproofing, painting and protective coatings.
As President and Co-owner, Jeff oversees the day-to-day management and operations of Coastal and is actively involved in projects to ensure that they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest level of quality because that is what Coastal’s clients have come to expect. He enjoys wearing many hats, assisting his team wherever and whenever he is needed with the goal of empowering individuals to excel by giving them the right tools and allowing them to make decisions with the ultimate goal of making Coastal an employee owned business.
Jeff and Angie have lived in Carlsbad for 20 years and feel lucky to have been able to raise their 16 year old twins in the coastal community. His free time is spent golfing, boating, and this former chef loves cooking and eating. He can’t wait to be able to travel with his family again and hopes to someday take a trip around the world.
