As operations director, Jonathan oversees operations, estimation, safety and quality control divisions of Coastal CW. After graduating with a business degree from Palmar College, Jon served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, managing all squadron enlisted aircrew as the Squadron Operations Weapons and Tactics Crew Chief for 5 of them.
For the last 4 years with Coastal, he has been motivated by maximizing efficiencies and maintaining high quality service and takes pride in managing high level operations with the collaboration of other companies and vendors in the construction industry.
Jon lives in San Marcos with his wife Christina, a special needs preschool teacher, and their baby girl, welcomed in early 2020. When he’s not efficiently working, Jon enjoys all things racing; professional road racing, IMSA and WEC, Sim racing. He considers himself a car enthusiast, a bad golfer and a proud dad.
