As an estimator and project manager, Terry is on Coastal CW’s front line, fielding customer inquiries and requests specific to their waterproofing, sealant and deck coating needs. He is responsible for overseeing that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest level of quality because that is what Coastal’s clients have come to expect.
Terry has been managing teams in the construction industry for 20+ years, previously owned his own painting business in Chicago and brought that experience to Coastal 6 years ago. He prides himself on providing waterproofing solutions to our clients through his product and application knowledge and delivering top-notch finished projects.
Terry resides in Carlsbad, is happily married and the father of two teenage daughters. When he’s not working, Terry enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and fishing.
