    Commercial Renovation Project: Coastal restored the exterior window systems of HTA’s five story office building. Our crew painted 23,000 linear feet of mullion window frames with a high quality metal paint, PPG PSX 805. In addition, contracted a window film company to install all new architecture film on the spandrel glass windows, using Avery Extreme 20 Silver, a high-grade exterior tint. To complete this renovation, our crew removed and replaced 48,000 linear feet of deteriorated window gaskets and installed a silicone wet seal, DowSil 795, guaranteed by the manufacturer to last up to 20 years of weather and wear.
