CBRE office building, La Jolla

Coastal CW successfully waterproofed a compromised building in La Jolla with blind application of polyurethane injected grout. A large void at the building column allowed water to enter the building and work its way down to the mechanical room where water collected. From inside the mechanical room, our crew drilled into the floor to reach the joint between the slab and the footing below, installed ports into drilled holes where Aquafin InjectPRO Combi Grout was pumped. Creating a watertight seal.
