Nicole Schuck brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial real estate, property management, business development, and executive leadership to her role as Sales Director at Coastal CW. She is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s continued growth through strategic account development and market expansion initiatives.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, Nicole helps develop solutions that drive successful project outcomes while strengthening Coastal CW’s presence in the industry. She is passionate about creating long-term partnerships and executing growth strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Nicole lives in Descanso and when she’s not working, you’ll likely find her gardening, hiking, restoring a 100-year-old cabin, or caring for her collection of animals, including 12 chickens, a dog, a cat, and whatever else happens to show up on her doorstep! She also proudly describes herself as the mom of a “feral” 5-year-old boy and has been happily married for more than 10 years.
