Jessel Garcia is our project coordinator and business development professional at Coastal CW, where she leverages her organizational skills and passion for growth to support both our company and our clients. A graduate of the UCLA, Jessel originally joined Coastal as an office administrator, managing payroll, invoicing, human resources, and labor compliance. Her role quickly expanded to include leading social media campaigns and collaborating on key marketing and business development initiatives.
Known for her ability to streamline front office operations and foster efficiency, Jessel takes pride in creating a seamless experience for colleagues and clients. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, a two-year program that complements her long-term goal of entrepreneurship.
Jessel’s experience with Coastal has strengthened her confidence in a traditionally male-dominated industry and broadened her knowledge across operations, scheduling, management, and finance. Jessel’s adaptability and eagerness to learn, has solidified her as a valuable contributor to Coastal today and as an emerging leader in business tomorrow.
In her free time, Jessel enjoys hiking, working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Jessel is a self proclaimed foodie as she loves trying new restaurants and eateries.
