He is responsible for preparing detailed project estimates, conducting job site meetings, and coordinating with clients and operations teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Throughout his career, Leo has developed extensive expertise in coatings products, project planning, customer service, and team development. His background includes managing professional paint stores and leading training initiatives, giving him a well-rounded perspective that helps clients navigate projects with confidence.
